ARE YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT MAKING A REAL DIFFERENCE?

We are looking for experienced, caring, and committed Residential Care Workers to join our team full-time at The Beeches UK. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people in a stable and nurturing home environment — one where they can grow, build confidence, and achieve positive outcomes.

You will play a key role in young people's daily lives, helping them develop independence, resilience, and essential life skills. Experience in childcare or a related setting is preferred, and your knowledge and insight will directly shape the quality of care we provide.

 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing a warm, safe, and supportive environment for young people
  • Building positive, trusting relationships that help young people thrive
  • Supporting and contributing to individual care plans and daily routines
  • Maintaining accurate records, logs, and reports
  • Promoting independence, emotional wellbeing, and positive life skills

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience: Working with children and young people in a care, education, or support setting is preferred but not essential

  • Passion: A genuine, person-centred approach to supporting young people
  • Qualification: Level 3 in Children & Young People's Residential Care is preferred. If not currently held, enrolment after your probationary period is mandatory — and fully funded by us
  • Driving: Full UK driving licence preferred
  • Approach: Positive, resilient, and a collaborative team player who can work flexibly across shifts

WHAT WE OFFER

Build Your Career

  • Fully funded Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People's Residential Care
  • Clear career pathways into Team Leader, Deputy, and Registered Manager roles
  • Ongoing structured learning and hands-on development
  • Opportunities to take on responsibility and grow within the organisation

 Feel Supported

  • 24/7 access to confidential support through our Employee Assistance Programme
  • On-demand GP access
  • A strong team culture where everyone supports each other day-to-day

 Work That Works for You

  • 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), pro rata for part time)
  • Birthday Recognition – Celebrating our people on their special day
  • Wellbeing days to support staff when needed
  • 1 on, 2 off shift pattern with clear, team-based rotas

 Be Part of Something Bigger

  • Opportunities to take part in international projects, including trips to Tanzania supporting local communities
  • A values-led organisation focused on making a genuine difference — socially, not just commercially

 The Essentials

  • Pension with NEST, with employer contributions
  • Access to discounts via Sage Employee Benefits and Blue Light Card
  • Employee referral bonus scheme
  • Service recognition awards from one year onwards
  • On-site parking (where available)
  • Relaxed dress code
